By such step-by-step advancement, Alina gained deep understanding of the clinical studies’ processes and mechanisms from different viewpoints.

I have been working with GCT for almost seven years now. For me it’s like a long journey… not so simple sometimes, but always fascinating. What I like most in my job — is the way I feel when I’m reaching the goal either with the first regulatory submission or enrolling the last subject in the protocol… Every time it’s the feeling of success you’re bringing to the client. These achievements belong not just to myself, but to the whole team of professionals I work with. And I’m thankful for the job they do to reach our common success.

During her seven years with GCT Alina has been involved in numerous projects across various therapeutic areas, managing the regulatory, logistics and monitoring aspects of the trials.

Alina’s colleagues appreciate her hard work, excellent knowledge of clinical trial procedures and proactive approach – the proof is the remarkable fact that she has been voted by her peers the most valued GCT employee four years in a row!

Alina lives in St.Petersburg, Russia, with her husband. She enjoys sports –snowboarding and cycling, as well as visiting the prominent St.Petersburg theatres and traveling abroad.
