Which office are you located at?

I am located at the Moscow office of the Company in Russia.

How long have you worked here? Can you talk more about your role?

I joined the company at the end of September 2013, so I have been working at GCT for 8 years. My main role is to provide full regulatory support for GCT projects in Russia as well as advice on regulatory issues.

Was the job what you expected it would be? Did anything surprise you?

The job was quite expected for me, there were no special surprises.

What has changed at the company since you joined?

Since my joining at GCT the company has expanded significantly and acquired new offices in new countries, which allowed for new larger-scale studies and other projects.

What is important for you at GCT?    

The main thing for me at GCT is the high professionalism of my colleagues, full dedication to work, a friendly atmosphere and the ability to work effectively in a team.

All this, in my opinion, allows solving rather urgent and complex tasks and issues in a timely manner.

Can you describe an event that was particularly memorable during your career at GCT?

The most memorable event for me took place at the beginning of my career with GCT. It was a meeting on one of the company’s largest projects, which was held in St. Petersburg.  In my free time, I managed to go on a sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg and the Hermitage with my colleagues. It was interesting and delightful!

What do you think the mission of GCT is?

I think the mission of GCT is to provide services of the highest quality in the field of scientific research for clients — pharmaceutical companies, scientific associations, research institutes, medical institutions. In its turn, conducting research at a high quality level helps to solve pressing healthcare problems, such as combating various diseases, providing patients with the latest effective medicines and treatment methods, and improving the quality of life.

How do you see GCT in 10 years?

I see GCT in 10 years primarily as stable, widely developed and even more efficient.
